Winners choose their prize based on availability when drawn. For example, first drawn gets first pick, second drawn gets second pick, etc.
Throwback Option: If one of your tickets is drawn it can be thrown back into the pot to have another chance at a prize on a subsequent draw.
***When you purchase your Bourbon Raffle ticket(s) you should receive a receipt via email with an order number, order numbers will be between 8500-9500 for the series. Your order number will correspond with ticket numbers on our end. Currently and until the days preceding the raffle, these numbers are in chronological order, an example would be if you bought three tickets for the $100 ($110 if the Throwback Option was purchased) then you would hold ticket numbers 56, 57, 58… or whatever the next three numbers were on the list.
Once the sale window closes or all tickets are sold the list of names will be put into a randomized list generator and your name(s) will hold the number of tickets you ordered spread from 1-750 or the ticket total that we hit. So the above-listed example could possibly mean that while you currently hold tickets 56, 57, 58; you could hold tickets 4, 278, 503. We do not offer personal selections of number(s) as this has always proved to be an arduous task.
The final list will be sent via email to all ticket holders ahead of the drawing.
We have always accounted for the names and purchase information in more than place, online and offline – for redundancy.
